Environmental Peer Review

An Environmental Peer Review is a review of another consultant’s environmental reports, performed by an experienced PME Environmental Professional. The purpose of the peer review is to 1) determine general compliance with the ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Standard E-1527-2006, and All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI); 2) Determine general compliance with a given Bank’s Environmental Policy Requirements, and/or 3) Offer an opinion as to the environmental risk posed to the property from information contained within the report(s) reviewed.

PME will prepare a summary with the findings of the Peer Review, and can also provide appropriate recommendations to cure deficiencies and/or complete additional investigation, if necessary.

The turn around time for an Environmental Peer Review is typically 3 to 5 business days.
