Environmental Field Scientist/Technician

PM Environmental, Inc. is seeking an entry to mid-level (1-3 years experience) Field Scientist/Technician for a Michigan location in our Berkley office.  Job description includes the completion of soil and groundwater sampling, Geoprobe direct push drill rig operation, geophysical surveys, and data evaluation.  Outdoor job setting in all weather conditions; travel and overtime to be expected.  Excellent communication and organizational skills required.  Environmental Science or related degree required.  40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER 29 CFR 1910.120 training a plus.

Phase I Environmental Staff Consultant

PM Environmental, Inc is seeking an entry to mid-level (1-3 years’ experience) Environmental Staff Consultant for our Hollywood Florida regional office. Full-time position in Due Diligence services department. Job description includes the completion of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and assistance on Phase II Site Assessments. Strong verbal communication, writing and research skills required. Bachelor's Degree required. 

Senior Phase I ESA Staff Consultant

PM has experienced recent growth and expansion and is currently seeking an experienced Senior Phase I ESA due diligence consultant in their Lansing Michigan Regional office location. Position is Full-time working in our Due Diligence services department. Job description includes the completion of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and assistance on Phase II Site Assessments. Position would include coordination of workloads and staff within regional offices, training staff members in Phase I ESA workloads, peer review of reports, and business development. Minimum five (5) years of experience in the environmental consulting field, with at least two (2) years in a management position, or progressively increasing responsibilities.  Must exhibit leadership skills, strong organization skills, and excellent communication and writing abilities. Bachelor's Degree required.

Project Manager

PM Environmental, Inc is seeking  experienced Geologists(4-6 yrs.) for the position of Project Manager in our  Miami Florida regional offices. Full-time position in our Site Investigation Services department. Job description includes the completion of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. Firm knowledge of Florida environmental rules & regulations is a must. Strong verbal communication, writing and research skills required. Bachelor's Degree required in sciences field (Earth Science, Geology or engineering).

Brownfield Project Manager

PM Environmental, Inc is seeking entry to mid to senior level (8+ years experience) Brownfield Project Manager for Michigan with the option of either Lansing or Berkley office locations. Full-time position in Due Diligence services department. Minimum of 4 years of environmental consulting experience on Brownfield projects required. Must have extensive experience with Michigan’s Brownfield laws and incentives, and preparation of Brownfield plans, Act 381 work plans, and MBT credit application. Job description includes evaluation of Brownfields incentives, preparation of necessary plans, work plans, and applications. Strong verbal communication, writing and research skills required. Bachelor's Degree required.
