Mid-Level Environmental Consultant

Lansing, Michigan - Experienced Mid-Level (4 to 8 plus years of experience) Environmental Consultant in Lansing, Michigan Corporate office. Position is full-time working in our Due Diligence Group. Job description includes the completion of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and related due diligence projects, coordination of workloads and staff in mid-Michigan, training staff members, peer review of reports, and business development. Progressively increasing responsibilities in management required.  Must exhibit leadership skills, strong organization skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, geology, or related field required.

Asbestos, Lead, Hazardous Materials Environmental Technician

Detroit Area, Michigan - Building Facilities Services Department is seeking a full time Hazardous Materials Technician with  for our Berkley Michigan office location to perform asbestos inspections and abatement oversight; lead based paint inspections and risk assessments and other hazardous materials inspections. Desired certifications include:  NIOSH 582 certification, Asbestos Building inspector, Lead Paint Inspector, Lead Paint Risk Assessor.  Experience in the environmental consulting or testing field strongly desired. Must exhibit strong organization skills and excellent communication and writing abilities. Bachelor's Degree desired.

Brownfields Consultant

Michigan –Brownfields Consultant experienced in Michigan’s Brownfields programs. Mid level (4 to 8 years experience) to Senior level (8 plus years experience) consultant to work in any of PM’s Michigan offices (i.e. Lansing, Detroit area or Grand Rapids). Must have experience with local and state Brownfields projects with local and state TIF capture; EPA grant funded site assessment, cleanup and RLF projects; and, local, state and federal brownfield incentives, loans, grants projects. Job description includes working with PM clients and staff to develop innovative, effective Brownfield project approaches and packages, preparation of plans and workplans, communication with regulatory agencies. Strong verbal communication and writing skills required. Bachelor's Degree required.

Branch Manager/Senior Level Consultant

Cincinnati, OH- PM Environmental is seeking experienced (4 plus years of experience) candidates for a new branch office in the Cincinnati metropolitan area. The position will entail business development activities and completion of Phase I and II ESA and other due diligence projects. As the office grows duties could include: management of staff, coordination of workloads and staff, training staff members, peer review of reports, business development, responsibility for P & L. Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, geology, environmental science or related field required.
