PME worked closely with the City of Oak Park Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (BRA), the client and the client’s environmental attorney to prepare a Brownfield Plan for redevelopment of the subject site. 

PME was retained to conduct comprehensive environmental services in support of the redevelopment of the contaminated commercial property.  PME initially completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) that identified Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) on the subject property and then completed a Limited Phase II ESA that identified petroleum contamination that classified the subject site as a “facility” and eligible for Brownfield funding under Part 381.

A major Ingham County based commercial/residential developer, conducted comprehensive environmental services in support of the redevelopment of a contaminated industrial site in Lansing, Michigan. The planned reuse of the property was for a residential apartment complex “The Prudden Place Apartments”.

A Lansing based developer conducted comprehensive environmental services in support of the redevelopment of a contaminated industrial site in Lansing, Michigan. The planned reuse of the property was for Warehousing with Offices.

A total of 19 soil borings were completed and 6 existing monitoring wells were sampled on the subject property by PME,  with selected soil and groundwater samples submitted for laboratory analysis of VOCs, SVOCs, PCBs, ammonia, glycols, nitrate/nitrite, alcohol and selected metals.

PME was retained by a multi-national industrial manufacturing company to perform environmental due diligence services associated with a multi-location portfolio with a major financial institution.
