PME recently completed two multi-site Due diligence projects each involving the acquisition of 30 major Oil gasoline stations/C-stores in the SE Michigan area. The projects were performed concurrently and demonstrate PME’s specific competence with multi-site complex due diligence projects. PME’s depth in our due diligence staff and systematic approach to such projects allowed the completion of the projects within the tight time frames required by the clients. The locations all had a history of environmental problems at various stages of investigation. In addition to the standard requirements of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, the projects required detailed reviews of voluminous regulatory files and remedial investigation reports for the purpose of providing an accurate risk assessment and estimated cost for the work needed at each site to achieve closure. PME built team of research and investigative staff who completed the projects on time and within budget for our clients.
