PM Environmental, Inc. Announces New Corporate Headquarters/Restructuring
Lansing, MI

February 7, 2005

PM Environmental, Inc. (PME) announced that effective February 2, 2005 their Corporate Headquarters, Field Services Division and Central Michigan Branch office will be relocated to a freshly remodeled 12,000 square foot facility at 3340 Ranger Rd. in Lansing, MI. PME’s relocation of these divisions in one location represents the culmination of a rigorous business planning and restructuring that also included PME’s successful registration under the international quality standard ISO 9000 and the addition of Mr. Steve Price to head the Due Diligence Services Division and to participate on PME’s Executive Committee.

According to PME’s President, Pete Bosanic, “PME recognized that increased demand for our services from existing and new customers would create potential stress on existing systems and facilities.” Bosanic continued, “PME’s Executive Committee recognized that growth could present some challenges to our quality standards and decided that consolidation of Corporate, Central Michigan Branch and Field Services offices into one location would encourage communication and efficiencies before any growing pains were felt. This move is the result of that realization.” Principal and co-founder Mike Kulka added: “Since we started PME, we were committed that growth would be customer driven and we would never accept any slip in quality and responsiveness in exchange for growth.”

Kulka led the ISO 9000 registration process to assure that PME was developing robust quality management systems and to make sure that the company had the ability to measure quality objectively. “There’s a business adage that goes, ‘What gets measured, gets done’, we measure both our technical accuracy and our customer’s perception of our quality” Kulka said.

Steve Price joined PME as Vice President of Due Diligence services in November, 2004. Prior to joining PME Price was Vice President of Environmental Risk Management for Standard Federal Bank, and more than 8 years in environmental consulting before that. According to Mike Kulka, “Steve’s entire career focus has been on environmental due diligence for commercial real estate transactions and he brings both the bank’s risk management and technical perspectives to PME”. Mr. Price will oversee PME’s highly respected Due Diligence Services Division and serve as the senior technical reviewer for Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and Baseline Environmental Assessments.
