Beth Sexton, Chief Operating Officer at PM Environmental (PM), was recently selected to DBusiness Magazine’s 30 in Their Thirties.

DBusiness Magazine, a premier business journal in Detroit, recognizes business leaders in metro Detroit who have achieved success in their fields and are moving their respective companies, industries, and communities forward.

Sexton, a Michigan native, graduated with a B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University before pursuing a Master of Science from the University of Michigan.  She was recently promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer at PM, where she will focus on operations, best management practices across all departments, and strategic planning initiatives. Sexton has over a decade of experience performing environmental due diligence on a variety of properties for financial institutions and borrowers, retail chains, industrial conglomerates, and real estate developers. In her previous role as National Manager for Due Diligence Services, she managed all aspects of over 2,000 annual transactional due diligence projects throughout the United States.

As a partner in the firm, Sexton is an integral part of PM Environmental’s leadership team, and has been vital in the company’s expansive growth over the years. Her commitment to her projects, clients, and PM’s overall mission has made her a rising star in the profession, as well as a key asset to PM Environmental.

“I am honored to have been picked to be part of the DBusiness 30 in their 30s class for 2018,” Sexton said. “Coupled with my promotion at PM to COO, I view the award as a great platform to showcase women in leadership in the Metro Detroit area.”

The 30 in Their Thirties honorees were announced, with an editorial feature, in the DBusiness Magazine’s September/October issue. DBusiness will feature the honorees in a Breakfast Series networking event held on October 16th at the Gem Theatre in Detroit.
