Nicholas Lieder Promoted to Regional Manager of Site Investigation Services

PM Environmental (PM) is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicholas Lieder to Regional Manager of Site Investigation Services.

Lieder joined PM in 2013 as a field scientist in PM’s Site Investigation Services Department. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Geology and his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Wayne State University.

Lieder specializes in Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Baseline Environmental Assessments (BEAs), Documentation of Due Care Compliance (DDCC), Response Activity Plans (RAPs), No Further Actions (NFAs), and other site assessment reports. He also manages redevelopment projects involving remediation and mitigation components and works closely with staff on leaking underground storage tank (LUST) projects.

“I am very excited to take on this new role and look forward to working closely with SIS staff and being part of the PM team moving forward into the future,” said Lieder.

In his new role, Lieder will oversee and manage the activities of the Site Investigation Services group in PM’s Midwest region. He will be responsible for ensuring high-quality management, administrative and technical service as well as guiding professional and technical staff within the department.

“Nick has the experience, character, and passion to excel in his new role, and I am looking forward to being part of this new chapter and watching Nick grow his career with PM,” said Jennifer Ritchie, national manager of site investigation services at PM.

Lieder will continue to enhance PM’s team of experts who have in-depth experience in managing environmental projects with a constant focus on helping our clients clearly understand their risks, allowing them to make sound, well-informed business decisions.
