PM Environmental was founded in 1992 by Peter S. Bosanic, P.E., C.P. and Michael T. Kulka, P.E., C.P.

PM Environmental's mission is to provide superior value through safe, cost effective and innovative solutions, creating maximum return while minimizing risk for our clients.

Understanding and managing environmental projects, building facilities and energy projects with today's often changing regulatory compliance requirements takes a team of highly qualified professionals. At PM Environmental, Inc. our team serves businesses, banks, government agencies and numerous other clients throughout the United States. The firm was built on and continues to operate on several core fundamentals, including: integrity, safety, customer focus, technical knowledge, timely management, communication, and teamwork. 1992

PME was incorporated in 1992 with its corporate headquarters in Lansing, Michigan.

1993
In 1993, PME opened a regional office in Metro Detroit, Michigan's largest population base.  The firm completes 50th assessment.

1994
In March 1994, PME moved their Lansing, Michigan headquarters into an office building that was formerly a mixed use office/apartment and gasoline service station. The move to this office completes PME's first "Brownfield Redevelopment" before the terminology became prevalent.

1995
In 1995, PME purchased their first Geoprobe - Model 5400.

1996
In 1996, PME opens regional office in Paducah, KY to serve two major railroad clients originating from a derailment and one of the largest surface spills of perchloroethylene in the united States.

1997
In 1997, PME opened a Grand Rapids, Michigan Office.

1998
In 1998, PME opens first location in the Southeast United States in Decatur/Huntsville, Alabama.
    
1999
In 1999, PME purchased various pilot study remediation equipment from a competitor that terminated operations in Michigan. PME develops remedial division with in-house pilot study and feasibility study services.

2000
In 2000, PME purchased a second Geoprobe - Model 6610DT Track Mounted.
    
2002
In 2002, PME purchases a building in Grand Rapids to support continued growth in Western Michigan.

2003
In 2003, PME purchased a third Geoprobe - Model 6610DT Track Mounted.
    
2004
In 2004, PME receives ISO 9001 registration from AQSR.

2005
In 2005, PME relocated the corporate headquarters into a 12,000 square foot facility situated on 3 acres with fenced in yard and a garage for equipment and vehicle storage.
    
2008
In 2008, PME opens its first location in Miami, Florida.

2008
In 2008, PME opens its Chattanooga, Tennessee office.
    
2008
In 2008, PME purchased a Ground Penetrating Radar Unit allowing PME to perform in-house geophysical surveys.

2008
In 2008, PME relocated its Metro Detroit office to Berkley, Michigan which was a Brownfield redevelopment pursuing LEED Certification.
    
2009
In 2009, PME Launched an Energy and Sustainability Division, which has subsequently been spun off into an affiliated company Energy Finance Analytics efanow.com

2010
In 2010, PME is added to the coveted EDR25 Index of top Phase I ESA providers.

2011
In 2011, PME moves up to number 15 nationally in 1st quarter based upon the coveted EDR25 Index and Scorekeeper.
