PM Environmental Welcomes Lisa Noblet as Senior Project Manager
PM Environmental is proud to announce the addition of Lisa Noblet as Senior Project Manager.
Located in Berkley, Mich., Noblet will be a senior point of contact with PM’s petroleum clients. She will be responsible for management of leaking underground storage tank investigation and remediation projects, including associated technical guidance and review. She will also assist with business development and client service management.
Noblet is a licensed Professional Geologist (P.G.) and Certified Professional Geologist (C.P.G.) with over 25 years of experience in the environmental consulting field, and an emphasis on the characterization and remediation of petroleum releases. Her expertise includes site characterization, risk-based corrective action, corrective action plan development and implementation, reporting, financial management, and regulatory advocacy.
For over 15 years, Noblet has collaborated with the MDEQ (Michigan Department of Environmental Quality) successfully managing projects in accordance with state regulations. She has deep experience working with Michigan oil marketers on real estate and legal questions in regards to environmental issues as well as handling LUST and tank removal projects.
Noblet obtained a B.S. degree in geology from Lake Superior State University in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich., and A.S. degree in water and waste water purification from Bay de Noc Community College in Escanaba, Mich. She also took graduate courses in geology from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Mich.
Over the years, she has worked for several environmental consulting firms. She has also worked closely with major oil, legal and real estate personnel to identify and mitigate risks associated with property divestments and third party claims.
She’s a member of the Michigan Association of Environmental Professionals, American Institute of Professional Geologists as well as on the Environmental Issues Committee for the Michigan Petroleum Association.
Previous positions include Project Manager at Antea Group (formerly Delta Environmental Consultants, Inc.), Project Manager at Drake Environmental, Inc., and Project Manager/Geologist at EnecoTech Midwest, Inc. “I’m very excited about my new position with PM,” said Noblet. “I look forward to digging into a new set of projects and contributing to the growth of the company.”
