PM Environmental Welcomes Monica Gilmore-Love as Regional Manager to New Jackson, Mississippi Office

PM Environmental, Inc. is proud to announce the addition of Monica Gilmore-Love as Regional Manager and Senior Consultant in the Jackson, Mississippi office, located at 460 Briarwood Drive, suite 400-11, where she will serve as lead contact and add to PM’s presence in the region.  PM also has a local office in Starkville, MS and nearby in Birmingham, AL. 

Gilmore-Love comes to PM with more than 25 years of significant environmental experience based primarily in the area of due diligence assessments for property transactions of various types and sizes.   This experience is complimented by her knowledge and prior work in other aspects of real estate property transactions such as business environmental risk considerations.  She also has considerable experience with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and HUD-related environmental assessments, Phase II site assessments, and cell tower siting requirements.  

Gilmore-Love is a knowledgeable and highly-respected professional in the environmental services industry. In 2014, she was recognized by the Mississippi Business Journal as one of the 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi and in 2009 was awarded Volunteer of the Year by the City of Ridgeland Chamber of Commerce.  She is also a past member of the Board of Trustees for Jackson Public Schools.

At PM, she will be part of the senior management team that strategically plans the growth and operations of the company as well as oversee project management, including marketing and client development, personnel oversight, field investigations, and report preparation .

Gilmore-Love received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Mississippi State University and is a Mississippi licensed asbestos inspector. “I’m excited to join PM and to help grow its Mississippi office as well as to continue to serve and grow in the community that I call home,” she said.  

Gilmore-Love will enhance PM’s team of experts who have in-depth experience in managing environmental projects, building facilities and energy projects with a constant focus on helping our clients clearly understand their risks, allowing them to make sound, well-informed business decisions.
