PM Environmental Welcomes Jogi Panda as Senior Engineer
PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) is proud to announce the addition of Jogi Panda as a Senior Engineer in PM’s Site Investigation Services department.
Panda comes to PM with over 25 years of experience in various roles in the environmental consulting industry. He is a certified Professional Engineer (P.E.) and has expertise in a wide range of environmental engineering services including remedial options evaluations, pilot testing of technologies, remedial system as well as vapor intrusion mitigation system design, operational strategy and effectiveness evaluations, groundwater flow and fate and transport modeling, hydrologic modeling and design, and storm water and SPCC compliance. Panda’s specialties also include due diligence, brownfield redevelopment, Phase II environmental assessment and BEA, and permitting for renewable energy development.
“We are excited to welcome Jogi as a Senior Engineer in our SIS department,” said Lee Walter, National Manager of Site Investigation Services. “Panda will primarily support the SIS and LUST service lines with engineering design and project management related to remediation and vapor intrusion mitigation. Storm water compliance support and program/permitting is another area of expected growth with Jogi coming on board.”
As Senior Engineer, Panda will be responsible for project management in the Site Investigation Services, handling project implementation, providing technical advice, and ensuring high quality reports. He will also serve as a technical expert and develop technical plans for his assigned projects.
Panda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, as well as two Masters of Science degrees in Water Resources Engineering and Civil Engineering. He is also a Ph. D candidate in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
