PM Environmental Promotes Kristin Gable to National Manager of Due Diligence
PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) is proud to announce the promotion of Kristin Gable to National Manager of Due Diligence.
Gable joined PM in 2008 and has played an integral role in PM’s due diligence projects, including several multi-state portfolios. She has served clients throughout the US and managed thousands of environmental due diligence projects.
Over a decade of industry experience as well as proven project management skills, expertise in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), transactions screens, and other due diligence reports, made Gable the perfect fit for the current promotion. Prior to this position, Gable served as Regional Manager of Due Diligence covering PM’s Midwest region. She was an integral part of training incoming due diligence staff, and was one of the key members that facilitated the creation of PM’s Learn, Enhance, Advance, Develop (LEAD) program, an internal onboarding program for PM staff.
“I am honored to be promoted to the role of National Due Diligence Manager,” said Gable. “PM has always had a strong focus on leadership and mentorship, which has been instrumental in my promotion to National Due Diligence Manager from my start as an intern 10 years ago. I am looking forward to continuing that tradition and working with all of our staff within the Due Diligence Department and throughout PM.”
In her new role, Gable will be responsible for managing all aspects of PM’s 3,000 annual transactional due diligence projects throughout the United States. She will oversee and manage the due diligence staff, budget, and national footprint clients for all of PM’s offices. Her responsibilities will include hiring, mentoring and job coaching due diligence regional managers, as well as planning and steering the department for future growth.
“This new role also allows me the opportunity to create new client relationships and grow relationships with clients I already work with every day. I’m thrilled to be a part of the exciting growth at PM,” said Gable.
Gable received her Bachelor of Science degree from Oakland University where she majored in Environmental Science with a specialization in environmental and resource management. She is also a Michigan licensed asbestos inspector and meets the definition of an Environmental Professional as defined by All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI).
“Kristin is the best person for this role and I am very excited to see her excel within this new role. From Kristin’s initial hire at PM as an intern to now, she has showcased both the technical and leadership qualities that are required for this position,” said Beth Sexton, Chief Operating Officer at PM.
Gable’s promotion is one of many recent promotions at PM. Beth Sexton, previously the National Manager of Due Diligence, was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer and Pat Perry, previously PM’s Controller, was promoted to Chief Financial Officer.
