Our skilled team conducts investigation and remediation using practical and innovative solutions, and can smoothly navigate federal, state, and local petroleum regulations and compliance programs in numerous states including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

As a trusted advisor in a complex landscape, PM is experienced in compliance programs, from facility compliance reviews for paperwork and equipment to assessing risk and exposures related to substantial compliance with Underground Storage Tank (UST) regulations and State Trust funds. Our team handles pre-compliance inspections, site and paperwork preparation services, as well as third party review and program management services. Our team is also experienced in accelerated site characterization and source removal to expedite site redevelopment. We are able to investigate and remediate petroleum releases from the point of production, through transmission, to gas stations.

We realize that our customers are looking for the most cost-effective and timely solutions that are technically sound, meet regulatory approval and minimize future liability. This includes being able to effectively identify the presence or likely presence of any hazardous substances or petroleum products that indicate a release to the environment, the proposed property use and how they may impact the current and/or future use.
