PM Environmental provides services to assist private developers, property managers, corporations, and governmental agencies with building renovation, plant decommissioning, remediation, Brownfield redevelopment, and related construction projects.

Harnessing its broad technical expertise, PM’s Environmental Contracting Services consider strategies and offer tools for management and execution of critical project issues, such as hazard identification/analysis, health and safety documentation/auditing, subcontractor prequalification, permitting, project phasing/contingency planning, and regulatory compliance/reporting, which ultimately affect schedule, budget, and overall project success.

Working with experienced project managers, trades, and environmental service professionals, PM’s Environmental Contracting Services can successfully manage remediation, Brownfield redevelopment, and related projects on schedule and within budget.
